These terms are the agreement between you and StandardCamz (“we”, “us”, “the service”). By creating an account or using StandardCamz, you agree to everything on this page. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

StandardCamz is a real-time face-swapping tool made for fun, creativity, entertainment, and other lawful purposes. You agree to use it responsibly and ethically at all times.

You specifically agree that you will not use StandardCamz to:

• Impersonate, deceive, defraud, or scam anyone.
• Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or harm another person.
• Create sexual, explicit, or non-consensual content involving any real person.
• Create content involving minors.
• Break any law, or infringe anyone’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
• Spread misinformation or pass off swapped video as genuine to mislead people.

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use any face, image, or likeness you upload or swap onto. Only use your own face, or a face you have clear consent to use.

You alone are responsible for how you use StandardCamz and for anything you create with it. We simply provide the tool. We do not monitor, control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content you generate or what you choose to do with it.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StandardCamz and its owner are not responsible or liable for any misuse of the service, or for any loss, damage, claim, or consequence that results from the way you or anyone else uses it. If your use of the service causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

Keep your login details private and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else is using it.

Some features use credits or paid plans. Payments are processed by a third-party crypto payment provider. Credits that have already been used are non-refundable. We may change pricing or features from time to time.

StandardCamz is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may update, pause, or stop parts of the service at any time.

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or misuses the service, without notice. You can stop using StandardCamz at any time.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use StandardCamz means you accept the updated terms.
